Conditions and terms at Camping Cala Ginepro
Terms and conditions of your stay
Booking may be made ONLY ON THE https://campingcalaginepro.net/en SITE with Check price|Book now button. The booking will be confirmed immediately upon completed payment of the deposit, which amounts to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The outstanding balance must be paid on arrival, in cash or with payment card.
The immediate payment of the deposit must be made by credit or debit CARD (MAESTRO, MASTERCARD or VISA). Please note: AMERICAN EXPRESS is NOT accepted during the booking phase.
When booking, it is compulsory to enter the names of all the members of the group for which the booking is being made. In this way, from the booking stage onwards, the names of all of the guests who will be staying on the campsite will be registered. Guests other than those indicated at the time of booking shall not be permitted to stay on the campsite. If subsequently requested, variations may be permitted on an exceptional basis, at the exclusive discretion of the Management of Camping Cala Ginepro and only by means of written authorisation from the Management.
Upon booking, the type of unit or pitch is guaranteed, as is the period of stay, whereas the specific number of the unit/pitch will be assigned upon arrival at the campsite. As such, proximity to other specific guests cannot be guaranteed.
Periods of stay
Mobile Homes - Bungalows
The Mobile Homes - Bungalows are rented in the following ways for 2024.
In the periods from 27/04 to 07/06 and from 06/09 to 28/10, you can choose to arrive and leave on any day of the week, but the stay must last at least three nights. In the period from 07/06 to 06/09, the arrival and departure day is from Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday.
On arrival, access to the unit/pitch is from 4.00 pm to 11.30 pm, whereas on departure the unit/pitch must be unoccupied by 10 am. Parasols and sun loungers on loan may be used only until the day before departure.
The cost of the cleaning-on-departure service is € 65.00; the cost for the car is € 1.00 daily: these amounts are not included in the cost of the stay.
Campsite
The booking of the pitches connotes a stay of at least 3 nights, with arrival from 11 am and departure by 10 am on any day, with the exclusion of the period from 10/08 to 17/08, in which the stay must last at least 7 nights.
Any sun loungers or parasols on loan in the area under concession may be used only until the day prior to departure.
Check-in is not available between the hours of 2 pm and 4 pm.
Annulment or cancellation
The management of Camping Cala Ginepro will reimburse 50% of the deposit paid if the cancellation is made in writing (by certified e-mail or registered e-mail, fax or registered post) at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. Beyond said term, the customer will forfeit the entire deposit. In the event of a no-show on the scheduled date, with no notification from the guest, the stay will automatically be deemed cancelled.
Guidelines for Mobile Homes - Bungalows
The prices shown on the price list are inclusive of VAT and include: guest accommodation; consumption of water, gas and electricity; weekly linen change (supply of extra linen or more frequent changes available on request for an extra charge). Entrance and parking of cars and second motorbikes in the dedicated areas are also subject to charges.
The bathers’ assistance service is available from 1 May until the closure day. The beach service, complete with parasol and two sun loungers, and any extra rentals, are available from 1 June to 30 September.
The stay is intended as specified in the Conditions section.
On departure, guests are expected to leave the accommodation and the facilities in the same state of orderliness and cleanliness in which they were found at the time of the initial handover.

Payments
30% deposit to be paid upon booking; outstanding balance to be paid either prior to arrival or upon handover of keys.
In the event of interruptions of the stay, no reimbursements will be paid.
